Kevin Rand, Co-founder and CEO
Leads district partnerships, commercial strategy, procurement, and the work of turning a classroom pilot into a durable school relationship. He has served as a board of education member for a New Jersey public school district.
Trevor Rosato, Co-founder and CTO
Leads product, engineering, accessibility, AI systems, and security. His background includes three-plus years in a New Jersey district technology department and K-12 cybersecurity work.
Erik Rand, Investor and senior business adviser
Holds an ownership stake in HonorlyAI, capitalized the company from incorporation through the patent filing, and brings three decades of institutional-finance experience to risk, contracts, and compliance.
Damien Dimino, Independent education and technology adviser
Advises HonorlyAI from outside the company on school IT, student data, and implementation. He has no ownership stake or operational role in HonorlyAI.
Accountability
HonorlyAI works with specialized external counsel on education, privacy, compliance, commercial agreements, and organizational risk. Practicing educators help shape the product through classroom feedback and implementation work.
